NOTD: O.P.I.'s "What's with the Cattitude?"

There are only two places where I like blue: my nails and my lower lash line. This is O.P.I's "What's with the Cattitude?" from the Shrek Forever After collection that was released in 2010. This is a beautiful creamy sky blue. Much like several of the other colors from the collection. This is a super fun color for the spring and summer and I've actually used a third of this since I got it last summer! To achieve this look I applied three coats of the O.P.I polish and topped it with ORLY's clear top coat. I'm over the browns and silvers that I've been wearing all winter so be on the look out for some very colorful NOTD posts and possibly even a video on my favorite spring and summer polishes!
