Victoria Secret Inspired Smoky Eye--So Sexy!

This is a very dramatic but super sexy look. Take your time with this look because it’s not difficult but working with such dark colors can be a little trying. If you plan on wearing this look out definitely give it a run through the night before. Oh! All but two of the products I used were drug store so it is a super affordable look which makes it even sexier ;)
What You’ll Need
-tape
-black eyeshadow base
-matte black eye shadow
-shimmery sliver shadow
-white shadow base
-matte white shadow
-black gel or liquid liner
-black eye pencil
-a very dramatic mascara or false lashes
Steps
-place a piece of tape diagonally outwards from your waterline to your eyebrow (this just helps create the cat eye effect)
-using a thin brush apply the black base from your lashes to just under you crease BUT leave the inner third of you lid blank (you should now have a very dramatic looking winged liner)
-remove the tape and pack the black shadow on top of the base you just applied
-take the silver shadow and apply it to your crease and blend up towards your brow bone
-take your gel/liquid liner and line your lower lash line
-take the sliver shadow on a smudging brush and blend it on top of the liner on you lower lashes. Make sure to apply a thinner line to the inner third of your eye and make it thicker as you reach the outer third of your lower lid.
-line your waterline and tightline with your black eye pencil
-set your waterline with the black shadow
-apply your white base to your brow bone, the inner third of your lid, and your inner corner
-apply a matte white shadow on top of the white base and blend into other shadows
-redefine your upper lash line with you gel or liquid liner
-curl your lashes and apply your mascara or false lashes
-Use tape to pick up any fallout on your cheeks (see my post “Pardon My Eye Droppings--How to Clean Up Fallout”)
-use some concealer to cleanup around your eye area if needed
So that wasn’t too difficult. Just remember that the key to success for this look is blending. Finish the look with a matte bronzer, a soft pink blush, and a nude lipgloss.
