MAKE UP FOR EVER: Smoky Lash
This is honestly false lashes in a tube! To date I have few products that I consider to be "holy grail" worthy but this is one of them. I will say that I like the mascara more after I've used it for a while and it has had a chance to dry out somewhat. The wand is crazy and has little rubber fingers going every which way in a seemingly random pattern. This mascara gives amazing volume and length! I've heard many people say that it doesn't clump but that's a load full. After I apply two coats of this but before it dries I go in with a brow comb and just give my lashes a quick run through. Oh and in case you were wondering they have a waterproof version (Aqua Smoky Lash) and they also sell this mascara in a variety of colors including purple. You can pick this up at Ulta or Sephora and it retails for $22.
L'oreal: Voluminous Million Lashes (waterproof version)
This is the best dramatic drugstore mascara that I've ever found! I don't have any problems with this smudging, flaking, or clumping. I find that the wand really separates your lashes and applies an equal amount of product to each lash. In addition, this adds a good amount of volume and really holds a curl. The color is a nice dark black which really makes your lashes pop. Just like all my other dramatic mascaras, I always apply about two coats and go back with a brow brush if anything needs to be worked out. I've found that the cheapest place to buy this is Walmart.
