I actually get asked how I keep my eyeliner from running quite a lot and it’s actually really easy to do. You want to set your liner (especially the liner on your waterline) with a powder just like you set your foundation. After you put on your liner just use a push liner brush to apply a shadow of similar color on top of you liner. A push liner brush is simply an eyeliner brush that has bristles that go straight across. If you don’t have a push liner brush already you can get a small, thin paint brush from your local craft store with a similar shape. Also, ELF makes a push liner brush in their Essentials line that’s only $1. However, if you wear contacts and can’t get all up in your waterline just apply some powder (either translucent, tinted, or a colored eyeshadow it’s your choice) overtop some eye primer at your lower last line. These hot summer months can really put your makeup to the test so I hope this was able to help you all out!
